Tools to explore concepts and ramp-up to high volume production

For this customer a family of trays was designed, for handling micro-optic components through the full production and inspection process, based on standardized semiconductor trays.
Together with the development of prototyping and low-volume production equipment it provided a proof-of-principle for the mass production process.
The result is a platform for a process which is easy to scale-up with a high level of confidence.
